Plans Medicare is a service of Ebbiflow LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We operate as a lead generation and referral service. Specifically:

• We are not a licensed insurance agent, broker, or agency
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or contracted with Medicare, Medicaid, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, or any other government agency
• We are not able to enroll you in any Medicare plan
• We do not provide insurance advice, rate quotes, or plan recommendations

Any agent or agency you are connected with through Plans Medicare is independently licensed and is responsible for their own representations regarding plan coverage, pricing, and enrollment eligibility.

3. Description of Service

The Plans Medicare website provides general educational information about Medicare Advantage plans and connects consumers interested in learning about Medicare Advantage options with licensed insurance agents and agencies who can provide plan-specific information.

When you submit a form or call a number on our Site, you are requesting to be connected with a licensed Medicare insurance specialist. The specialist is an independent third party — not an employee or agent of Ebbiflow LLC. We are not responsible for the representations, advice, or actions of any agent you are connected with through our service.

4. TCPA Consent and Electronic Contact

By submitting a form on this Site, you provide express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to be contacted by Ebbiflow LLC, Plans Medicare, and the licensed insurance agents we connect you with. Such contact may include:
